Got a contract cellphone in january through Mondo, paid pro rata as it was mid month, first debit was to be end of february however today is the 8 March and still they have not debited and money has been provided for, telkom keeps sending me messages that i owe yet they dont debit my account and when i call the contact center its useless as they send me from pillar to post, really not happy about how they treat clients
