Emails suspended

telkom has suspended our Domain without even contacting us and when we call the call centre they are just useless telling us to be patient as the matter is being attended to. Its been 3 weeks now and we cant send nor receive emails.I dont know how many times have we been contacting Telkom without any help. Our business depends on our staff being able to send and receive emails and currently we have not been able to send or receive mail from early April.

Can someone please assist
