Emails disappeared off the webmail site

For the past week (8-12 June) I have been making use of the [URL Removed] webmail.telkomsa website for checking and responding to emails because my pc is faulty. I have always used this site without any problems. My emails stay on the site until I download them on my pc. Since my pc is faulty I have had a number of emails (I think just over 60 up till This past Friday). They were all there on Friday morning. Suddenly when I checked again that afternoon all my emails had disappeared except a few that had come in just before I checked again. I never deleted any of the emails as I wanted to download them when I got my pc back. I urgently need those emails restored because I have very important work that was sent to me that I don't have any other access to because I was working on it from my email until they suddenly disappeared. The dates I require emails restored from are 8-12 June 2015. Please could you explain to me how they could have disappeared. Is it because my email mailbox was full and the server had to delete them? This has never happened before. Once before I have not checked my emails for 14 days and this didn't happen.<br> I would appreciate any feedback for the above
