Emails being deleted without being read
6 attempts later to still cancel a line, my email was deleted without being read. I have filled in the cancellation form, added the the account and ID, sent the email to [Email Removed] I made sure I clicked on \Request a Read Receipt"to ensure my email will at least be read"
