Email out of order for 2 and a half months

Since my previous complaint on this platform on 24th December 2018 nobody has rung me. In fact they have just sent an sms saying that they acknowledge receipt of my cancellation of my fault ref ********** 0!!!! As the email has not been able to send since the 19th October except for the very odd occasion it is unbelievable that it could be cancelled. There have been 3 refs written off by Telkom since I first reported it. Not one phone call regarding the problem which the call center admit is a problem with the outgoing smtp server. What in the world am I paying for. I have just reported it again ref ********** . This is unacceptable and don't be fooled by the automatic reply that will appear once this has been sent. means nothing.
