Email closed for no reason, with no communication

UNBELIEVABLE!!! I discovered yesterday that my Telkom email account (that I’ve had for 2 decades) was closed at end July 2021 for ABSOLUTELY NO REASON!!! There was no warning or communication regarding this action!! I have been frantically trying to find out why my emails have not been working for over 2 weeks. Multiple calls to 10210 and 10213 (and hours holding on) did not help. Eventually I walked into a local Telkom store and there the technician immediately showed me a Telkom system screen that showed my email was closed. He could not tell me the reason. He said that it might be that my email is so old. I took a pic of the information, and will consider legal action. I have now requested that my email address be reinstated. I was told this could take 2 to 3 days. So I’m going to miss about 3 weeks of emails, some of which are critical to my business. How will I (or anyone) trust that this does not happen again? Telkom gets much criticism but this to me is diabolical. Very very poor Telkom. How dare you treat customers like this?! HOW DARE YOU!
