Email address lost due to telkoms error

<p>Due to a staffmember at telkoms call centre making an error when making a simple change to my account I have been advised that I will now lose my email address.I have had this address for over 10 years,all my accounts,banking,medical info,passports etc etc are linked to this.I am absolutely beyond furious.I insist that they correct as I aAM NOT losing this address</p>
