Electrity Advance ****

So I decided to try out this new electricity advance service from Telkom. Little did I know that they will **** me. So I said let me give it a try and bought the one for R30. On Sunday I buy electricity then the R30 that I know goes off and I get message from Telkom thanking me for paying back their money. Now today I buy electricity again but it keeps on taking the money that I have already settled with Telkom on Sunday. Please do not try it because it seems like every time I buy something they will take R30 off. I have proof to show.
