Elderly, sick lady, panic button linked to Telekom phone, which is STILL down despite reporting problem

<p>My grandmother's Telkom line is down for 36 hours. The problem has been reported but as usual nothing has been done by Telkom. She is an elderly lady, lives on her own, and is very ill and desperately needs her Telekom line as the panic button and her doctor inks to it. The number is (012) ********** .
