Elderly or Pensioners First Privileges

Why Goldfields Telkom shop or branch does not have first privileges for elderly people, cause I've been standing with my 67 years old grandmother on the cue for past 45min and non of the consultant offered to assist her even after she mentioned that she has a back injury, still being ignored. Wow.
