Elder Abuse

I am assisting a couple who recently move to our old age home in Winklespruit. The gentleman and his wife is 91 years old and their two sons lives on other continents. When they knew they were moving to this care center they immediately app**** to have their service moved. Due to hearing and sight constraints they cannot speak to their children on a cellphone. I have been phoning since 1st of October 2017 on a regular basis to enquire when their service will be moved but have never had any positive feedback. Their whole world has crumbled because they have difficulty contacting their only family members. This is elder abuse.
