Eishkom

I was hacked and *****ulent contract opened in my name, I contacted Telkom and submit relevant documents then was told that the *****ulent contract has been canceled. The following month there was no deduction then on second month deductions started again, when I contacted them again I was told to submit documents. it has been two months now, every time I phone they keep on saying 'we will forward the complaint to ***** department'. it has been two months now.
