Eighteen month problem

<p>I signed a contarct with telkom. Then had to move to an area where they did not offer a service. I called them in advance to discuss it. Mailed them ongoingly, received mails back to confirm that they would credit the account. But till today, a year and a half later, all i receive is dailt harassing calls from lawyer firms threateneing none payment. I have spoken almost to everyone at telkom, but to no avail. This is really ludicrous. I have not had a service for over a year now, but still receive the ongoing statements, threats, and none response from telkom. I really wish that someone that has a bit of integrity would assist me to finalise this situation. Next it will land on the ITC and black list my business unnnecessarily for their mistake.</p> <p> </p> <p>ivan Saincic.</p>
