EFT payments not recognized by Telkom

I have been making payments through EFT but Telkom doesn't recognize my payments instead they keep on adding charges for non payment. My line has been suspended for the past 3 months while I've been paying. My attempt to resolve this at Telkom store were unsuccessful. Can someone please help.
