EFT Payment to Scheduled payment.
Good day I am a new client at Telkom and recently took out two new contracts on my name,
1. I started my contract doing my payment via EFT so far.
I asked Telkom via email to 180 to remove my scheduled payment as i am prepared to do it manually on EFT,
2.Telkom keep sending through the scheduled payment, now for the third month and they expects me to pay the R202,70 unpaid deduction cost and my bank askes me R110,00 for magtape unpaid fee. for magtape it is more than R300,00 i have to pay for there fault. Because of Telkom not responding to my emails and always sending me apologies for there system that is behind schedule.
on doing it with the schedule payments. Telkom send the account notices to second phone and not the account holder. every time there is a query she needs to contact me first to notify me that Telkom again send her a non payment message this morning. I started this contract in middle August with them and still I'm struggling with the payments as they did the magtape deduction yesterday again with the added fee included as if it is my fault there system is behind schedule. Telkom even confirm by email that my payments are on schedule but they still do the same payment fault over and over. I've never experience a company so neglecting to EFT payments than scheduled payments.
I lost so much money because of there negligence that could easily paid another payment with that amount already.
Every time you address your email to one person but they keep sending you to another so that you cant speak to one person alone. Telkom service is terrible and Indeed poor. I need to take out another contract but if it is such a struggle to run a private account like this i do not want to know how it will be with a third account.
