Efficient, excellent service

On the 1st of April Telkom installed fibre at my home in Randpark Ridge. The installation was completed by a gentleman named Brandon (not sure of his surname). What a friendly and professional technician and asset to Telkom he is. He was punctual on both of his visits, efficient and answered all of my questions. <br> <br> If Telkom is trying to turn their service delivery around, it should take a lesson from employees like this. <br> <br> Well done on great service.
