Efficient, easy move of our telephone line

About three weeks ago I was looking for a number to phone online to move our telephone line to a new address. I found an online form, filled it in and submitted it to Telkom. A few days later, I was surprised with an sms telling me the request has been processed and an appointment would be scheduled. After another few days, details of our appointment was again sent to me via sms. And today, during the allotted time for our appointment, I received a friendly phone call from a technician (Abrie, in Bloemfontein) telling me he was at the gate. An hour later, it was all sorted. I am very impressed with the efficient way this was handled and how little hassle it took for me to organise the move. Thank you Telkom!
