Efficient and helpful

<br> My Chinese neighbour had been away for a period of time, and found that both his telephone and ADSL were not connected on his return. As he can't speak or understand any English, I called 10210 on his behalf this morning. We followed the instructions that we were given, but we weren't able to get a connection.<br> He went off to Bayside Mall and went into the Telkom store there. They said that everything had been set up, and he came home. His telephone had been activated, but not his ADSL. Thank goodness he brought a Chinese woman home with him, and she understood English, so when I called 10210 I was lucky to get Linda, who talked us through the process, and patiently waited for us to link up. On a Monday morning, and having to wade through the process, she was helpful and kind - and her help was very gratefully received.
