Efficient and friendly service with enthusiasm

I called Telkom Mobile (081 180) this morning and expected the normal hassle and fuss one associates with call centres. However, I was greeted by a very enthusiastic lady who was brilliant in answering all my questions and going out of her way to make sure that I am satisfied. I have had my struggles with Telkom branches in the past but this call has swayed my opinion all the way to being a satisfied customer. Sadly, I must admit I pressed the wrong button at the end of the call rating it as 5 and not as 1 for the brilliant service it was. I hope this can be rectified. This lady deserves a promotion!
