****ED UP TELKOM

Telkom is a ****ed up service provider. I have a contract with them l. For some reason my account is locked and I don't know why and even their agents don't know. Ever since I had this contract I never skipped any payment and I've been calling customer service no one knows and no one can assist. I went to apply for a credit yesterday but I was told that my credit score is low because of their Incompetence and I can't be in contact with my loved ones because of them. This is bull**** and inconvenience. If you considering joining Telkom Do Not!!!
