*****ed up invoicing!

Hi!
I took out the Telkom SmartInternet 1GB plan (SIM only) on the 7th of November 2016 by visiting the Telkom Direct store in Herm****. On activating the contract, the agent said that I would only be liable for R59 per month with no connection fee.
It is December and I still have not received an invoice but I have found out that I am being charged a R200 SIM connection fee.
I have been in contact with the Telkom call center but cannot get the R200 reversed - they claim:
1. The connection fee is valid BUT their website states no SIM or connection fee
2. The fee is valid if you go and order via a store BUT you cannot order it online (website says 'go to store')

Has anybody else have had this problem?

Thanks! Mike Meyer

I see on your MyTelkom website, case number ********** 1 has been resolved although nobody has bothered to get back to me as to what the resolution is?

Please see the following link below describing the issue that I raised:-

https://secure.telkom.co.za/today/shop/personal/plan/smartinternet-1gb/

It plainly reads 'No SIM & Connection fee' and you can only buy this plan (OFFER CODE: TMI ********** ) in a store. This plan cannot be bought online.

What BS are you folks selling? And how many other folks have been taken in by your BS?
