****ed Up Company

They called me in January about a debit I reversed in December and I made arrangements so I paid the amount on the 10th of January But still after that they went into my account nd debited a R1052 which includes January's payment that was supposed to go off on the 25th which means they took the amount way before its debit date and I've been calling for a refund since than and I've been given a run around now I'm being told I need to send a proof of payment which I've done in January already and the amount is reflecting on their system so I don't understand the **** that is going on you are the most ****ed up company I've ever dealt with in my in tire life you are ****en unprofessional and I'm gonna make sure that you don't ever debit my account again I'll rather pay your money myself I WANT TO SAY THIS AGAIN YOU THE MOST ****ED UP COMPANY I'VE EVER DEALT WITH IN MY IN LIFE AND **** YOU ALL.😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
