*****ed Service by Telkom and Nudebt

My wife took a contract with Telkom last year August and then we only missed 1 month payment, thy handed us to Nudebt on Monday 2024/08/05 we made dull payment but they are taking us from pillar to post in order to reinstate the accounts. When we call Nudebt they give us so many numbers without resolving our issue
