****ed off Telkom complainant

I have never had an a bad experience from telkom, like this. I was given an attitude by Kegomoditswe who didn't even have a name tag, I was dubbed to believe that I am buying 20mgps up and down, but when I got home after a week, I had no connectivity.

Taung Mall Telkom is a ****, they are lying to people. Telkom is a ****.

They lure people to take contract so they can **** them.

Kegomoditswe was so unprofessional and screaming at me when I was complaining about the connectivity.

I hope my complaint will be attended to I wouldn't be surprised if it is since you have trained your stuff not to.
