****ED OFF

Hi All I'm a customer who's very ****ed with the service i received from TELKOM,The point is i do have 2 contracts Phones with TELKOM which i pay R914 per month, so last month the debit order went through for R1800 +around the 25th of APRIL 2025,But so far my phone`s services has been suspended and every time i call to find out I'm getting some run around since i started calling from the 29th of APRIL Requesting that my services can be resumed ive been given a lot of INCIDENT ID NUMBERS But with no luck till today the 12th of MAY Im still waiting.And the stinking attitude that I'm getting all the time from the call Centre and MAPONYA BRANCH is heart braking. Even if I'm asking them to cancel this contracts I've been denied, So so far is been 18 days the debit order went through but i don't have wat I'm paying for.
