Absolutely Poor Service.

i have been contacting Telkom since October 2021 regarding my Query, to date i have not gotten any feedback. I have asked that the team leader or Manager call me over 5 times and I have not gotten that call yet. I called again to speak to a team leader. I was told they will call me in 5 minutes which never happened.
