If there is an option for 0 star I would have definitely used that, I went to Telkom on Thursday for a mobile contract nd data deal,I told the assistant I needed a phone that is very good on camera the Consultant Zama who was assisting me didn't even bother to explain the benefits was to busy with her colleague telling him she is making sales (excited).... To make the matters worse she told me my old number I was porting over to Telkom will b able to work after 10 hours which didn't happen.... I lost a lot of money due to the fact that I lost my number connectivity for the whole 5 days... I'm so annoyed I had to come to Telkom 3 times a week.... It was so frustrating.... I lost a number of my clients because of her selfishness....

Telkom should really teach their staff customer service... The manner of approach is nil.
