The worst service ever, my case was loaded in september of a contract that was supposed to be cancelled within the cooling period and the device was taken back to telkom, that case has not been resolved even today, everytime you call them they will tell you the case is being invistigated or the case has been escalated but nothing is done, everytime you are told that the case is new, new my foot since september they have been debiting my account for a contract that does not exist, my quetion is how do they invoice me if the case its still under investigation, telkom so dissappointing and annoying, disgusting service

14 Jan 2023, 04:39My issue is still not resolved and no one is returning my calls nor my emails being answered, they have sent me an invoice of R13 394 for a device that is with them at the backroom as they say, for almost 5 months finance have not being informed of that thats y that bill, no one wants to account, still waiting
