<p>1) Today I have spent over 25 minutes again ON HOLD</p> <p>2)I have called them over 8 Times This Week, each time i had to wait over half an hour on Hold</p> <p>3) This was to try and get through to SALES - OMW are you idoits not interested in selling phone contracts anymore, Hire more dam Sales people so that potential customers dont have to wait over 30 mins just to order a phone</p> <p>4) Dont advertise deals that you dont have stock of, seriously update the **** website - its not that hard!!</p> <p>5) Dont debit your customers accounts and then not send them the product they ordered becuase you guys are out of stoc****!@@</p> <p> </p> <p>6) Dont tell me that you have found a phone for me, make me wait 5 of the 7 days for delivery and then, when I call to check on my order which i already paid for! you tell me there is no stock.</p> <p> </p> <p>HEllo you charged me! promised a product and NOTHING, no one even called to follow up or tell me this.</p> <p> </p> <p>7) i was jus trying to order a phone contract for my Mum as a gift for when she got out of hospital, its been 4 weeks that I have been trying with great effort to jus get through and get this order through. Twice now i have promised her her new exciting phone and TWICE in the past three weeks I had to Tell her that im still waiting!</p> <p>your service delivery is Disgusting. this week im am travelling again. She's so excited but GueSS you DONT CARE, that i will have to tell her again that this COMPANY has an INCOMPTENT sales DEPARTMENT.</p> <p> </p> <p>8) I have never experienced such Pathetic service ever. no other provider takes this long to answer their phones. I am truly dissapointed and absolutelyt fed up with you. TELKOM</p> <p> </p> <p>9) I jus asked the agent to put me through to his senior. Guess WHat I am Put on HOLD again for an additional 20 minutes NOW!!!! Absolutely *******. </p> <p> </p> <p>10) 39 minutes no Response! and Please change this ******* Music; and remove the part where that recording offers friendly service by one of your agents SHORTLY!!!!!! </p> <p> </p> <p>NEVER EVER has any network provider been so pathetic. You have set an all time LOW with me Telkom!</p>
