*****ed 40GB Day time Data by Telkom SA

I have a contract of R185 a router which is 40GB + 40GB. It's a year now. This month on 2024-03-09 I received a message that on my account day time datais out of bundle. I phoned them on the 10th they told me I finished the data on internet which is impossible. They refused to refund me. Every month I couldn't finish the data they used to forfeit it and give me a new one. Only this month I have a problem.
