Easy to take contract with Telkom not to cancel

<p>I bought contract through Telkom since 2014 and now it's coming to an end. Since the day I took this contract I've complained a lot and none of Telkom managers or team leaders have responded to my 27 complaints rather I would receive email on hello Peter to say my complaint has been resolved without a call. Most of my complaints were not system related but human errors. Now that my contract is coming to an end and I have served Telkom with my 30 days notice since from June 2016. Telkom retentions agents called me but they can't help with anything because they are contracted on behalf of Telkom to retain but not to act on my instruction to cancel. Telkom contracted a company called Sell direct and this company tried to retain me three or four times but they can't cancel my contract when it comes to an end. The team leader from this contracted company he's rude. He speak over me. He repeat my statement like a parrot. He's very condensanding. The team leader shout and he argues with me. This team leader from sell direct doesn't have leadership s****s his taking everything g personal when I say they like to take advantage of black customers. I am sick of Telkom and if they debit my bank account I will reverse because I have served them with enough time to cancel. I sent four emails and later went to the shop to cancel. No one is keeping notes on the system. Agents from this sell direct claim to have retained business because that's what they do to certain customers by the looks of things</p>
