EASTGATE TELKOM!!!!! DISGUSTING SERVICE

Eastgate telkom!!!!!! So in feb i took a contract with telkom for the hp laptop. Oh well when the sale was going on everything was perfect they was so friendly and so forth. Number 1 they never opened it in store to show me the item is working! So i take it home open it end try to use it and it's slow af!!!! Take it back with the box and everything printer still sealed the manager at the store was so rude she has no customers service at all tells me i should take it back and call platinum warranty to my surprise i took it from telkom but i must fix the issues after running around for almost 3 weeks back and forth at the store i was told bring it back to the store. I gave it to them at the end of feb we now at the end of March and the only thing we got was a ref number no calls nothing im busy following up with the managers and they both have no answers. They then intended on taking my money of my account while they sitting with the laptop and i reversed my money!!! I had my cellphone with them and i was done paying that and thought telkom was amazing but hell no!!! I will never ever take anything from telkom they service is poor and they customer service sucks!!! The managers are clueless they just stand at the door eating lollipops while you talking to them!!!!! They then blocked my number while they sitting with the laptop Telkom is the worst ever i will never recommend anyone to the eastgate branch... I regret the whole laptop deal and i will never go back to that store
