East rand mall Telkom services sucks!!!!!

Telkom east rand mall I have never seen such incompetence an lack of respect of client!app**** for contract renewal three weeks it took them to approve without anyone contact me to give update or I had to go to the shop three times with only same statement give it two day a!today (2023/10/10)got there one guy assists me leaves me there without saying a thing after having my id for about 5bizy on computer(counter 4 think his name is Sbu)an send mother lady only for her to tel me she's checking if it's approved! I asked what has the guy been doing past five minutes....(respond .....I don't know......
