East Rand Mall Telkom

Only gave one star as I cannot write my review without giving one. This is for Telkom at East Rand Mall. I am very disappointed and disgusted with your service. Once my date for upgrade came closer we received calls almost everyday for weeks on end. When we finally decided to upgrade online there was a different problem every time. Finally went into the store and managed to upgrade. The one device came in a week as promised. However, the second device is still not in my possession and it’s been SIX WEEKS!!!!! Every time we call for an update it’s “next week” or “we don’t have stock” or “we’re waiting for stock”. SIX WEEKS!!!! That is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE. Not to mention we’re still being billed for the old contract that I’m still waiting to receive my device for. When we got calls almost everyday there was no issues with stock and now we’re waiting for SIX WEEKS. We’ve been patient, we’ve been understanding and we regularly call for updates. I am now fed up with this absolute garbage service!!
