Earphone jack problem to water damage

<p>Experiencing the worst service from Telkom. We bought a tablet for my daughter as a present. She had it for 1 week and discovered that there were problems when using the earphones. Took it to Telkom for repairs to be told its out of warranty and is water damaged. A person is at the mercy of the store who can't assist me. You cannot speak to their repairs dept no contact is allowed and i'm still having to pay for a tablet that I don't have in my possession 4 months later. Will never use Telkom or any of their services or products in the future.</p>
