I would like to congratulate Telkom on their customer service. You can always get hold of someone, and they are always helpful. I got a refund after I cancelled one of my LTE sims in the middle of the month, and got billed the following month).

I had experience with MTN recently. Unbelievably bad service. I am happy to be with Telkom.
