Early payment to avoid bad credit score

Telkom contracts suck. I have been calling Telkom explaining that I don't owe them and my number is blocked. I made an early payment in December to avoid missing a payment and now m told my number has been sent to collections, how so when I have made an early payment using an easy pay number that was provided by your Telkom staff. I. Was promised a call back twice and still nothing.
