EARLY DEBIT ORDER SINKS ME

My Telkom debit order is due for 24 Dec 2020 however it went off 11 Dec and I had insufficient funds. Now the bank took my last money for charges and on top of this Telkom will charge me extra fee on next statement for not having the money. I am now being penalized nearly R400 for a debit order that went off early... ***
