Early Contract Termination

I did an early contract termination. It all started in March to this day Telkom is giving me the run around. I have paid all the money that was required of me to have the contract terminated but getting my settlement letter from Telkom seems like mission impossible. I kept talking with different consultants that tell me different stories. They keep escalating my matter to the team leaders or whatever the hell they call them. Absolutely nothing gets done, I am beyond frustrated with this networ****! I just want my settlement letter!
