E-mail Platform Down

I've been without e-mail for five days now. Telkom service number played a recorded message telling us that service will resume at 04h00 on Monday morning 25/01/2016. At 22h00 there is still no communication. I'm out of town and it cost me half an hour on my cellphone to get told that problem still exists with no clear indication to when service will resume. I run a business off this e-mail and cannot communicate with any of my suppliers or customers. <br> This is the second time in past 6 months that i get really poor service from this communication giant???
