Web 2050 Info3 IYP monthly charge

Dylan Roofing have been charged R349 (excl. vat) per month for 'Web 2050 Info3 IYP'. We have no idea what this is for, and never requested this service/product or whatever it is. We have tried reporting this problem via the 10217 help desk, to no avail, If I could put our complaint in writing and email it to Telkom I would, but this is not possible. I am hoping if I use Hello Peter someone from Telkom will respond and assist us.
