Dusgasted

<p>Now im fed up. I get a call from Telkom to inform me that my phone has arived. When i get to Telkom then only do the realise that the parts does not fit my phone. REALLY. That shows me my phone never left the shop but a part was ordered or you technicions don't know what they are doing. Why did they call me and not checked before the call. Now after i paid my contract each month without the phone they inform me it is beter if i cancel my contract. I am so duscusted with Telkom. And the worst part is i had a contract with MTN and went over to Telkom. What a big mistake!!!!! What a wast of my time and money!!!!!!!!!! I paid for service which i never used. Nice way of doing business. you will defenetly not get a referal from me. I will rather tell people to stay away from Telkom. Here is my Ref nr. ********** 4 for what its worth.</p>
