Dupped by Telkom/Explorer deal

My husband (TD) and I entered into a contract with Telkom on or about 7 March 2015 and as part of the package, we would receive a DSTV explorer. It is over a year now and we have not received the explorer decoder or feedback from Telkom despite having emailed, called and done everything possible under the sun to find out when the decoder will be delivered. Telkom must own up to its contractual obligations, do not promise what you cannot deliver. <br> <br> All I want to know at this point is when and at which place in Johannesburg I must go and collect my explorer decoder. <br> <br> The order number for the transaction was order no ***A.
