Duped by Telkom - ********* practice

I have a fibre package which includes 3GB TI Mobile data. I received a call from Telkom offering a higher line speed, at no additional cost. I agreed to it and was also told that my TI Mobile data would continue, I just need to g to a Telkom store to do a swim swap.

My fibre line has been upgraded, but my TI Mobile data has been cancelled.

I went to a Telkom store, and the staff at the store did the utmost best to assist by calling various Telkom call centres to assist.

It seems like I was duped into agreeing to the upgrade and thereby losing my free TI Mobile data. If you currently receive the 2GB or 3GB TI Mobile data as part of your package and receive a Telkom offer to upgrade your fibre line speed it's best that you decline if you still want the data (TI Mobile) included in your service.
