Dumping Telkom as they cant keep you connected !
Service is seriously lacking ! They don not care about the customer and still bill me when I have had a landline working for about 2 weeks in 5 months! If you log a fault it just sits there and calling to escalate it seems as if it just wastes your time and nothing happens anyway. I am now going to cancel my lines with Telkom because why have and pay for something when it does not work and Telecom is not showing any desire to fix it. I am sad not to support our national Telecoms company but it seems Rotten and private sector will step it and take up the lost clients with service and reliable infrastructure.

Telkom says new team to help get customer service right was appointed....well looks like some people are getting paid for no improvement in the system.
I would be embarrassed if I was working for such a poor performing company - just look at the many negative comments on service! oh and for a telecoms company they make it very hard to speak to anyone human!
It seems impossible to cancel my account with Telkom. Even when I get a letter confirming it will be cancelled it still on.
Can someone please contact me or dont you care about customers.
