Dumbest company & staff in history

My child is 1st yr at TUKS and requires internet. He was told he can't get a ctr as not an income earner. I called Telkom helpline to clarify-was told I could ctr even though I am sole proprietor(SP)-need to bring in ID, 3 mths bank statements & proof of address (P-of-Add). I live 350km away from Pretoria. Drove Thursday 27th with all necessary docs to Hatfield branch-am told that since I am a SP, I need 6 mths bank statements. Rushed to my bank to obtain additional docs-got back to Hatfield store at 5pm (which was now closed). I make a special trip Monday 1st -after getting to front of queue-I am told that no LTE coverage at my \P-of-Add\". I highlighted to staff that internet is required for my son (Hatfield area), and the P-of-Add presented is as per FICA requirements from my home town. The manager & staff insist that they cannot issue ctr as P-of-Add does not have LTE coverage.They insist I bring the Hatfiled P-of-Add, even if it's the lease agreement. Attempted to convince them to accept a written acknowledgment that I understand my P-of-Add does not have coverage. They refused-after lenghty argument-frustrated-I gave up. Probably the stupidest company/staff I have dealt with,"
