Dumb call centre agents don’t help

You guys have the worst customer service !!! I am trying to get a new contract I app**** online and you guys keep giving me missed calls and saying I’m unreachable then decling my application because I’m unreachable. When I call the call centre the agents are so annoying and can’t comprehend they put the phone down and have an attitude as if they are running they fathers company !!! **** your pathetic service !!!!
