due for upgrade, but dont have the phone

I am currently due for upgrade on my telkom mobile account and want to get the iphone 5s. Not one of the branches in port elizabeth have it, yet it is advertised in their brochures. They just simply tell me about other phones. I dont want any other phone. When I called the call centre to ask for advise they put me on hold and after 10min of holding I put the phone down.. I have never had problems with telkom. But I think this is unacceptable. .
