Due amount

Good day.last year I recieved an msg from telkom that my acc due for December was more than our agreement and did mail u about my situation.I decided to pay only the amount that I had to pay for and today I recieved another msg telling me that my services was suspended.How do I go forward with this matter.kind regards.Lydia
