DSTV/Telkom Promotion

I renewed my contract with Telkom after they informed me about their new promotion regarding an upgrade on 3 February 2015. With this upgrade I am supposed to receive a DSTV Explora decoder, Wi-Fi extender, modem and sim card within seven days of the order being processed. I fetched the modem from the Telkom shop in Centurion. Up to now, I am still waiting for delivery of the other goods. It's been sixteen working days now, and all I hear when I phone 10213, is that there is no stock. They should cancel the promotion if they can't deliver!
